Cryotherapy technology continues to advance. Freezing saunas and chambers are excellent for quick recovery for busy schedules, managing chronic pain, and before/after athletic events and workouts. They both also provide a rapid, intense burst of endorphins, and are often more comfortable than cold water immersion due to the lack of wetness.

Cryo Sauna (Partial Body): This is a vertical tube where you stand while liquid nitrogen vapor is pumped in. Because your head is above the rim, you breathe room-temperature air. This is often preferred by people who feel claustrophobic or want a quick, intense skin-surface chill.
-
Cryo Chamber (Full Body): This is a walk-in room or "cryo-cabin." Because your entire body—including your head—is submerged in cold air, it triggers a more uniform systemic response. Proponents argue that cooling the back of the neck and the head provides a superior nervous system "reset" compared to saunas.
