Most of them, yes. Therabody, Mettler Electronics, Power Plate, Summus Medical Laser, and several other brands on this site sell the same or equivalent product lines to PT clinics, hospitals, and sports performance facilities. That's one of the filters I use when deciding what goes on the site. If a product isn't something I'd feel comfortable recommending in a clinical context, it doesn't make the catalog.

tart with the modality, not the product. Each category on this site (red light, cold therapy, heat, electrotherapy, vibration) targets a different physiological mechanism, and the right starting point depends on what you're dealing with, how long you've been dealing with it, and what you've already tried. I put clinical context on every product page for exactly this reason. If you've read through it and still aren't sure, use the Contact page and tell me your situation. I've spent ten years making these calls for patients. I can usually point you in the right direction in one conversation.

Yes. Use the Contact page and include the product you're looking at and what you're trying to address. I check messages regularly and respond directly. There's no sales team here, no script, and no pressure. If something on the site isn't the right fit for you, I'll tell you that too.

Every product on Stimulate Recovery ships directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor to your door. This is intentional. It means your equipment is handled and shipped by the people who built it, under the same conditions used for clinical and commercial accounts — not sitting in a general warehouse waiting to be picked and packed by someone unfamiliar with the product.

All of our brand partners are vetted before they appear on this site. That includes confirming they operate legitimate fulfillment operations, carry the appropriate warranties, and meet the quality standard I would apply if I were ordering for a clinical setting. When you buy here, you are buying from an authorized channel with manufacturer support behind it.

Shipping timelines and carriers vary by product and brand. Each product page lists estimated lead times where available. If you have a question about a specific item before you order, use the Contact page and we will get you a direct answer.

Several products on this site are available with financing options at checkout. If you're looking at a specific item and don't see a financing option on the product page, reach out before you assume it isn't available. High-ticket purchases are a common use case for financing and we can often point you to the right option for that brand or product.

Shipping costs vary by product, brand, and destination, and are calculated at checkout once you enter your address. Smaller devices (percussion tools, TENS units, light therapy panels, etc) we offer free shipping. Any exceptions are listed on the product page or at check out. Larger equipment (saunas, cold plunges, cryochambers, vibration plates, etc) ships as freight or white-glove delivery, which affects both the cost and the timeline.

The reason for the variability is straightforward: products ship from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor, not from a single central warehouse. Each brand handles fulfillment differently, and the shipping method reflects the size, weight, and fragility of what you ordered.

If you're looking at a large item and want to know the shipping cost before you commit, add it to your cart and enter your address. Nothing is charged until you complete checkout. If the estimate looks off or you have a question about delivery logistics for a specific product, contact us before you order.

Shipping Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on most products, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Because products ship directly from the manufacturer or their distributor, return authorization must go through them, and the process varies slightly by brand. Before you return anything, contact us first. In most cases we can clarify whether the issue is a product defect, a setup problem, or something covered under warranty, which may resolve things faster than a return. Full details are in the Return and Refund Policy.
