The 30–45Hz frequency range adjusts in 1Hz increments, giving more granular control than Power Plate's entry-level models.

The interactive display includes a "Quick Start" home screen, a "Bend Your Knees" reminder, and a 3-second countdown before each session starts, so there's no manual setup between exercises. It also syncs with Myzone and other compatible Bluetooth heart rate devices, letting you track intensity through a workout instead of just going by feel.
