• Pneumatic Compression Therapy: Heat and percussive massage help to boost circulation, loosen stiff muscles, improve warm-up, and accelerate recovery for up to 3x faster results.
  • Adjust compression time (10–60 mins) and pressure (20–100 mmHg) in 5-min and 5-mmHg increments

• Infrared LED Light Therapy: Penetrates deep into the muscles and joints to reduce inflammation and speed up the body's healing process.
  • Infrared LED light: On/off, auto power off after 45 minutes

• Vibration Therapy: Rhythmic, massage-like pressure penetrates tight muscles to relieve pain, restore joint flexibility, and improve muscle strength and range of motion.
  • 3 vibration intensity levels: low, medium, high
